Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Lead to own regional Planisware administration for North Europe. You will oversee data governance, audits, EVM support, and control processes, ensuring accurate, audit-ready information for leadership reviews.

You will drive regional reporting cadence, onboarding, and training to improve platform adoption and reduce recurring errors while contributing to global Project Controls initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls or PMO within energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Hands-on data management in enterprise PPM platforms like Planisware or Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting, and PowerPoint for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Planisware environment for the North Europe region, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Own data governance and conduct audits to keep project data audit-ready.
• Support Earned Value Management, schedule management, RAID tracking, and change control.
• Manage regional reporting cadence and ensure timely, accurate outputs for reviews.
• Lead onboarding and training to improve adoption and reduce errors.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to global Project Controls initiatives.
