SEPHORA UK is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for the South region to shape consistent operations across stores. You will work with Store Managers to translate priorities into actions, ensure tools and working methods land effectively, and support national projects and openings.

The role covers the South of the UK, from Birmingham downwards, excluding London. You will travel frequently, collaborate with field and head office teams, and contribute to the rollout of retail tools and

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-site retail environment, ideally within beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of store operations, stock processes, customer experience, compliance and safety.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across store and head office teams.
• Experience supporting new store openings or delivering operational projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for a defined region of stores or operational topics, providing practical support and guidance.
• Ensure national SOPs, policies and procedures are communicated clearly and followed.
• Partner with Store Managers to identify challenges, elevate issues and drive timely solutions.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including stockroom processes, compliance and safety routines.
• Monitor field performance, identify regional trends and share best practices.
• Assist with new store openings from pre-opening to go-live support.
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment and training materials for opening days.
• Support rollout and adoption of retail tools and omni‑channel systems and gather feedback.
