City Facilities Management Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead a mobile engineering team and ensure delivery of planned and reactive maintenance for a major retail client. You will manage client relationships, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery.

A strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time performance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mobile maintenance teams delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Strong ability to foster client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and service levels to ensure compliant delivery.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service with 24/7/365 site coverage and proactive maintenance.
• Monitor KPIs and address underperformance with corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and develop the mobile engineering team.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available to perform maintenance efficiently.
• Support Divisional Operations Manager on technical, personnel and FM process issues.
