Qualifications

• Educated to master’s level or equivalent in clinical research, healthcare governance, public health or related field.
• Evidence of CPD in research governance and regulatory compliance.
• Formal management or leadership training at senior strategic level within complex healthcare systems.
• Coaching or mentoring qualification (or evidence of structured leadership development training).

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership, coordination and standardisation of governance processes across multiple sites/regions.
• Support NHs in achieving MHRA readiness and 150-day study setup targets.
• Transform governance services regionally, ensuring consistent standards and effective oversight.
