Job summary

MTVH in Nottingham is seeking an experienced administrator to support the East Midlands Regional Property Team. You will contact customers, liaise with contractors, and maintain clear records to support responsive repairs.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and accuracy in data entry, with experience in housing or repairs environments. You will help manage diaries, input data, and provide high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in housing, repairs, or a similar environment.
• Demonstrable use of spreadsheets, IT systems and other software.
• Experience dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret and follow processes.
• Strong record keeping to document compliance with legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors and residents on responsive repairs and book appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date systems and ensure accurate data input.
• Support repairs and service delivery teams with diaries and case management.
• Provide general administration and telephone support to ensure excellent customer service.
