Job summary

Agincare is seeking an experienced Registered Locality Manager to lead seven supported living services across the East Midlands, including Leicester, Burton upon Trent and Staffordshire. You will shape service delivery, lead a diverse team and drive growth, quality and positive outcomes for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health & Social Care or Management qualification or equivalent.
• Experience as Registered Manager in residential care or multi-site management is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of adult social care regulatory frameworks.
