Job summary

Navitas Hertfordshire International College in Hatfield is seeking a Regional Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to drive recruitment growth through standout marketing, agent management and a best-in-class applicant experience.

You will coordinate activities across regions including South Asia, collaborating with Admissions, Student Services, and university partners to ensure every applicant receives timely, personalised support from enquiry to enrolment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, student support, admissions, sales or a similar client-facing environment.
• Ability to handle high-volume communication including follow-up calls, emails, WhatsApp and online meetings.
• Experience supporting international students and/or familiarity with visa support expectations (including UKVI).
• Comfort using CRM and maintaining thorough records, with the organisational skills to manage pipeline visibility, deadlines and reporting.
• Strong English skills and excellent interpersonal communication, with the confidence to build relationships with agents, internal stakeholders and prospective students.

We are currently looking for a Regional Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to join our busy team in Hertfordshire International College to help drive recruitment growth through standout marketing, effective agent management and a best-in-class applicant experience.

Hours of Work: full time

Regional Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator duties:

In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a key operational part in delivering student recruitment across designated regions (including South Asia). You will promote Hertfordshire International College through a mix of online and in-person activities, engage and build relationships with the Navitas regional recruitment team, education agents and University colleagues, and work closely with Admissions, Student Services, the regional recruitment teams, the University Marketing team and the International Office to ensure every applicant receives timely, accurate and personalised support from enquiry through to enrolment.

Regional Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator - Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, student support, admissions, sales or a similar client-facing environment, with a strong understanding of the applicant journey from enquiry to enrolment (or the ability to quickly develop it).
• Ability to handle high-volume communication including follow-up calls, emails, WhatsApp and online meetings.
• Experience supporting international students and/or familiarity with common applicant challenges and visa support expectations (including UKVI considerations).
• Comfort using CRM and maintaining thorough records, with the organisational skills to manage pipeline visibility, deadlines and reporting.
• Strong English skills and excellent interpersonal communication, with the confidence to build relationships with agents, internal stakeholders and prospective students.
