Job summary

Navitas, Hertfordshire International College, seeks a Regional Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to drive recruitment growth in designated regions, including South Asia. You will promote the college through online and in-person activities, coordinating with the Navitas regional team, education agents and University colleagues to ensure timely, personalised support from enquiry through to enrolment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, student support, admissions, or similar client-facing environment.
• Understand applicant journey from enquiry to enrolment or able to develop it quickly.
• Ability to handle high-volume communication via calls, emails, WhatsApp and online meetings.
• Experience supporting international students and visa support expectations (UKVI considerations).
• Strong English skills and interpersonal communication to build relationships with agents and students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver student recruitment across designated regions including South Asia.
• Promote Hertfordshire International College through online and in-person activities.
• Engage with Navitas regional recruitment team, education agents and University colleagues.
• Work with Admissions, Student Services, regional teams, Marketing and International Office to ensure timely, personalised support from enquiry to enrolment.
