Job summary

Navitas Hertfordshire International College is seeking a Regional Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator to drive recruitment growth across designated regions, including South Asia, through standout marketing, effective agent management and a best-in-class applicant experience.

The role collaborates with Admissions, Student Services, regional recruitment teams, the University Marketing team and the International Office to ensure timely, accurate and personalised support from enquiry through to

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, student support or admissions with understanding of the enrolment journey.
• Ability to handle high-volume communications via calls, emails, WhatsApp and online meetings.
• Experience with international students and visa support expectations (UKVI awareness).
• Comfort using CRM and maintaining thorough records, with the organisational skills to manage pipeline visibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver student recruitment across designated regions with online and in-person activities.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Student Services, and partners to support applicants from enquiry to enrolment.
