Job summary

HC-One is seeking an experienced Regional Resourcing Specialist to support recruitment across the south region, West Midlands and Wales. You will work closely with Home Managers to deliver outstanding resourcing services and ensure the best talent is hired into HC-One homes.

You will manage regional attraction campaigns, conduct structured interviews, and build robust candidate pipelines. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic care-home

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment legislation and compliance.
• Ability to manage online attraction methods and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruitment Manager to deliver the Resourcing SLA.
• Build strong relationships with Home Managers to maximise service delivery.
• Work regionally with a portfolio of homes to provide resourcing support and guidance.
• Manage local/regional attraction campaigns within your geographic area.
• Carry out structured interviews with pre-screened candidates for Home Managers.
• Engage with candidates and promote HC-One as an employer of choice.
• Manage candidate pipelines for home-based roles across your portfolio.
• Coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback.
