The Role: Senior Recruiter

As the Senior Recruiter at KindWiseRich, you’ll be the connection point between our mission and the humans who will bring it to life. You’ll develop thoughtful hiring strategies, source exceptional talent, and help us grow a team that’s aligned, inspired, and ready to make a global impact.

What Will You Do?

• Own and lead the full recruitment cycle for creative, technical, and operational roles.
• Collaborate closely with team leads to understand hiring needs, goals, and cultural fit.
• Write compelling, values-aligned job descriptions that reflect our tone and mission.
• Source candidates using creative outreach strategies (especially for volunteer roles).
• Conduct culture-forward screening calls that assess values, potential, and alignment.
• Build a proactive talent pipeline for future roles.
• Help improve our recruitment process with empathy, data, and heart.
• Represent KindWiseRich with warmth, professionalism, and transparency.

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Experience hiring for creative/media/digital roles

• Experience working on (or recruiting for) mission-driven or early-stage teams

Our Conditions

• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10–15 hours per week
