Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Telephone Business Development Consultant for OnTheMarket in London. You will manage and grow a client base, selling the full OTM product suite and training clients on its use.

You will work with a dynamic team, building relationships and pitching to new and existing clients while representing OTM at industry events and networking with property professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling online marketplaces or B2B platforms.
• Maintain and grow clients over the medium and long-term with strong service.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and objection handling skills.
• Strong organizational skills; works to metrics.
• Degree level or equivalent experience.
• Consultative selling style with account management.
• Enjoy building relationships and solving client problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth by sourcing, generating, and building new business for OTM.
• Understand OTM products and how they meet customer needs.
• Identify new sales leads and contact potential clients.
• Meet clients online or via phone.
• Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with senior team members to manage risks and report results.
• Use communication skills and product knowledge to pitch to clients.
• Represent OTM at industry events and network with property professionals.
