• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of experience in international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership.
• Proven experience managing outsourced delivery models and third-party vendors.

Responsabilités

• Own execution of regional real estate portfolio strategy across the assigned international region.
• Lead outsourced delivery with brokers, CPMs, facilities management providers, and security vendors.
• Partner with Country Managers and regional leaders to align real estate and security solutions.
• Ensure governance on cost, quality, and risk across programs.
• Track regional performance and report to senior leadership.
