Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Regional Lead for Real Estate & Corporate Security to manage end-to-end real estate and security across international regions. You will partner with Country Managers, lead an outsourced delivery model, and ensure governance, cost control, and risk management.

Ideal candidates bring 12–15+ years in international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership, with strong stakeholder management and strategic partnership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, real estate, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of international real estate, facilities, and/or corporate security leadership.
• Proven experience with outsourced delivery models and vendors.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Experience managing multi-asset portfolios (offices, clinics, labs, manufacturing).
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory environments and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end real estate portfolio strategy for international region.
• Direct site-level real estate activities: transactions, space planning, design delivery.
• Lead outsourced delivery model with brokers, CPMs, FM providers.
• Oversee corporate security execution and incident response.
• Ensure governance, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Country Managers and regional leaders.
