Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a visionary Country Nursing and Quality Manager in the United Kingdom to lead nursing governance, patient safety, and quality for chronic kidney disease and dialysis services. You will steer the national strategy and partner with country leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care across clinics.

The role requires strong clinical leadership, governance expertise, and a track record in multi-site healthcare settings, with focus on nephrology

Qualifications

• Extensive nursing leadership experience with chronic disease, ideally renal care and dialysis.
• Senior nursing leadership and quality management in multi-site healthcare networks or major dialysis operations.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the national Nursing and Quality strategy for chronic disease and renal operations.
• Lead nursing governance, patient safety, and care pathways for dialysis and nephrology.
• Oversee CDI quality management system aligned with local and international regulations for dialysis services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across clinics with CAPA/RCA processes.
• Plan and coordinate clinical audits focusing on infection control, dialysis safety, and incidents.
• Lead clinical training initiatives and ongoing professional development for nursing staff.
• Partner with Country Medical Director and Operations to drive clinical improvement projects.
