Job Description

We are working with a fast-growing contractor to develop their new Quality team. They focus on construction build projects, including major residential high-rise, public service projects (hospital construction and renovation, schools), data centres (CSA and M&E), and more.

The company has an annual turnover of over £1 billion and a substantial order book. As they expand, they are looking to strengthen their Quality offering with 5-6 new positions.

This role is based in the Southern region (Birmingham and below), working across multiple projects. You will collaborate with site-based Quality members and project leads to ensure adherence to quality principles, including proper documentation such as QPs, ITPs, and RAMS.

You will also ensure the company's IMS is maintained and updated promptly, providing training and coaching to team members as needed.

Ideal candidates will have experience working within regional business units of major infrastructure contractors, be well-versed with ISO standards, and understand site challenges. The mindset should be to aim for zero NCRs by project completion.
