We are working with a fast-growing contractor to develop their new Quality team. They focus on construction build projects, including major residential high-rise, public service projects (hospital construction and renovation, schools), data centres (CSA and M&E), and more.

With over £1 billion in annual turnover and billions in the order book, this business is expanding rapidly. They are now looking to strengthen their Quality offering with 5-6 new positions.

This role is based in their Southern region (Birmingham and below), working across multiple projects. You will collaborate with site-based Quality members and project leads to ensure quality principles are followed, and that all QPs, ITPs, and RAMS are adhered to.

You will be responsible for ensuring the company's IMS is maintained and updated promptly, while training and coaching team members as needed.

Applicants should have experience working across regional business within major infrastructure contractors, be familiar with ISO standards (the more, the better), understand on-site challenges, and aim for zero NCRs by project completion.
