We are working with a fast-growing contractor to develop their new Quality team. They focus on construction build projects across sectors such as major residential high-rises, public service projects (hospital construction and renovation, schools), Data Centres (CSA and M&E), among others.

With an annual turnover of over £1 billion and billions in the order book, this business is expanding rapidly. They are now looking to strengthen their Quality offering with 5-6 new positions.

This role is based in their Southern region (Birmingham and below), working across multiple projects. You will collaborate with site-based Quality members and Project Leads to ensure adherence to quality principles, including QP's, ITP's, and RAMS.

You will be responsible for ensuring the company's IMS is maintained and updated promptly, while also training and coaching team members as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within regional infrastructure projects for major contractors, be well-versed in ISO standards (the more, the better), understand onsite challenges, and aim for zero NCRs by project completion.
