Job summary

DPD UK is seeking an experienced auditor to oversee Integrated Management System audits across its UK network, ensuring ISO standards are implemented and maintained. The role involves evaluating processes, reporting findings, and identifying improvements with travel to depots and offices.

You will support external certification, coordinate with auditors, and develop corrective actions. A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive auditing experience and familiarity with ISO standards and external certification processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce precise reports and procedures.
• Robust problem-solving techniques and attention to detail in audits and corrective actions.
• Highly organised, self-motivated with strong time management and multi-site coordination.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit reports detailing system deficiencies and conduct post-audit consultations with management to advise on remedial actions.
• Support external certification preparation and coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies.
• Advise on changes to Integrated Management Systems and documents per ISO requirements.
• Build relationships across departments/sites to improve quality and compliance.
• Undertake projects to improve processes and collate data across business sectors.
