Job summary

ABM is seeking a Regional QHSE Advisor to provide proactive quality, health, safety and environmental support across an assigned UK portfolio. You will work within the UK & Ireland QHSE function to help operational teams implement the regional QHSE framework and manage risks in line with standards and client expectations.

You will deliver audits, assurance and improvement actions, coach leaders, and maintain robust QHSE governance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering QHSE support across multi-site operations.
• Ability to coach and influence site leaders on risk-based decisions.
• Strong knowledge of UK safety legislation and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive QHSE support across an assigned UK portfolio.
• Partner with operational managers to guide risk assessment and RAMS.
• Support investigations, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Deliver risk-based audits and assurance across the portfolio.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to maintain compliance with QHSE standards.
• Lead safety communications and toolbox talks to build a risk-aware culture.
