Job summary

ABM is seeking a Regional QHSE Advisor to provide proactive quality, health, safety and environmental support across an assigned UK portfolio. You will partner with operational managers to implement QHSE frameworks, advise on risk controls, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance, quality and environmental compliance.

The role requires strong governance knowledge, NEBOSH or equivalent, IOSH membership, and the ability to coach and influence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH (or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, or similar.
• IOSH Training qualification (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide visible and proactive QHSE support across the UK portfolio.
• Partner with operational managers to guide risk controls and improvements.
• Support RAMS, investigations and lessons learned.
• Support mobilisation, change governance and client engagements.
• Promote compliance with legislation and company standards.
• Develop and review risk assessments and controls.
• Coach leaders and teams to build QHSE capability.
