Job summary

Franklin Electric in the UK is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth within a defined geographic region, promoting the full range of pumps and associated equipment and turning opportunities into income.

You will develop strong, sustainable client relationships with national water suppliers, construction, minerals, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors, aiming to meet revenue targets while coordinating rental, sales and installation services and supporting installation work when

Qualifications

At least 2 years' face-to-face sales experience preferred.
Experience in sales or rental plant hire or rotating equipment industry.
Strong financial acumen and budget awareness.
Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire prospects to expand regional customers.
Draft proposals, negotiate and close contracts with new and existing customers by working in partnerships with customers to gain an understanding of their requirements and deliver best in class solutions.
Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts to support sales work and ensure technical specifications are accurate.
Work closely with customers to gain an understanding of their business and needs, and how turnkey solutions fit their context to manage requirements.
Consult with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs to influence product/service fit in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Assess, on an ongoing basis, the quality of delivery of solutions to address needs.
Attend monthly group sales meetings to share information across the group to enhance sales prospects.
Ensure all sales documentation is maintained daily for accurate reporting to Finance.
