Job summary

Rendall & Rittner is seeking an Area Director in London (Vauxhall) to lead a high-performing team of around 20 staff, including Property Team Managers. You will drive service standards, accountability, and a culture of care across a varied residential portfolio.

You will manage relationships with developers, RTMs and RMCs, guiding teams through challenges and improvements to deliver outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations with Property Team Managers.
• Strong stakeholder management with developer landlords, RTMs and RMCs.
• Ability to coach teams, analyse KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Commercial acumen with budget and governance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Property Team Managers through regular 1:1s and team meetings.
• Review performance dashboards, budgets, and compliance.
• Address escalations and drive resident-focused resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to standardise processes and improve efficiency.
• Attend key meetings with RTM/RMC boards and provide guidance.
