Job summary

LiveWest is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead property services delivery across a regional portfolio. You will manage a large team of managers and operational colleagues, ensuring high-quality outcomes, safety and value for money for the business.

The role is full-time with hybrid working 2-3 days in the office, based at LiveWest locations across the South West. You will oversee multiple workstreams and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in property repairs, maintenance, housing or construction.
• Experience leading large operational teams and multiple service workstreams.
• Strong budget management, planning, forecasting and cost control.
• Experience managing contractors and driving performance against KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of repairs, planned maintenance, empty homes and minor works across the region.
• Manage regional budgets, resources and performance for value for money.
• Drive high customer satisfaction with right-first-time service and improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop a large operational workforce and culture.
• Manage supply chain performance, ensuring safety and standards.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, health and safety and internal policies.
