Job summary

Life Services Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee our estate across the South of the UK with regional travel. You will manage repairs, maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment projects on a large portfolio of sites across the region.

You will balance reactive issues with planned maintenance, deliver works up to £500k, and act as a trusted advisor to Funeral Operations leaders. This role offers a competitive salary and company car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site property management, maintenance, or refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, risk assessments, and Health & Safety.
• CDM responsibility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and lifecycle planning across a large, multi-site funeral estates.
• Scope, plan, and project manage refurbishment and improvement works, delivering on time and on budget.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, Building Control, CDM regulations, and Health & Safety legislation.
• Act as main point of contact for reactive repairs, ensuring quick, safe resolutions.
• Carry out regular property inspections, identifying risks and investment needs.
• Manage and monitor contractors, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Build and manage regional capital and revenue budgets with forecasting.
• Produce updates for Heads of Region, Cluster Leaders and Care Centre Teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and preventative maintenance culture.
