Regional Property Manager - Norwich

Contract Personnel is seeking a Regional Property Manager for our client, a successful and expanding estate agency based in Norwich. This role offers growth opportunities within the business, with full support from the Director.

Daily Responsibilities

• Attending valuations and closing lettings instructions
• Handling property management issues
• Driving the lettings business forward
• Managing the lettings team

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in the lettings industry
• Strong listing skills
• Good knowledge of lettings legislation
• Ability to carry out property management tasks

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 6:00 pm (weekend work on rotation)

Salary

Up to GBP 30,000 basic, with OTE GBP 60,000 plus
