Advance TRS is seeking an Associate or Associate Director to join its Programme & Project Management leadership team for the North-East England, Scotland and Northern Ireland remit. The role focuses on strategic leadership, advisory services and growing the regional capability.

You will shape programmes from their earliest stages, oversee bids and client relations, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver major infrastructure projects, with accountability for quality and delivery outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering complex projects or programmes.
• Experience developing new client relationships, identifying opportunities and winning work.
• Experience leading bids, preparing proposals and supporting business growth.
• Ability to coordinate expertise across disciplines to meet client requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts or bespoke forms.
• Relevant degree in engineering, architecture, project management or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation such as APM or equivalent is desirable.

• Developing and growing the Programme & Project Management offering across North-East England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
• Providing strategic leadership and oversight across major infrastructure programmes.
• Supporting early-stage programme formation, governance and delivery strategies.
• Building and managing senior client relationships, understanding business needs and identifying opportunities.
• Leading bids and proposals to secure new project, programme management and advisory commissions.
• Contributing to development of new service offerings and cross-disciplinary solutions.
• Leading teams to deliver commissions on time, to cost, to quality and to sustainability objectives.
• Ensuring work meets client processes and internal quality standards.
• Coaching and developing colleagues within the team.
