Job summary

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining site visits with remote home-based work, and requires robust experience in estates, facilities, property or premises management.

Qualifications

• Experience in estates, facilities, property or premises management.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing maintenance programmes, planned works and projects.
• Experience procuring and managing contractors.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills and experience using compliance/management systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
• A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estates and facilities across academy sites in the Peterborough region.
• Work closely with Principals, senior leaders, premises teams, contractors and external partners to ensure sites are safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose.
• Operate with a hybrid model: approximately three days on-site visiting academy sites and two days working from home.
