Job summary
Regional Technician is needed in the Birmingham region for an market-leading commercial interiors business. You will travel to client sites, maintain indoor and outdoor plant displays, and provide excellent customer service while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications
- Experience in planting/landscaping is desirable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills essential for client facing work.
- Full UK Driving Licence and comfortable driving a company van.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites around the Birmingham area.
- Visit 2–6 sites per day depending on workload.
- Begin journeys as early as 6–6:30am on some days.
- Maintain interior and exterior plant displays across client sites.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Complete site reports and update company systems.
- Identify plant health issues and maintain high presentation standards.
- Work safely and follow company procedures.
