Halmer Recruit is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician for a Midlands-based family business providing planting and maintenance services to commercial clients. You will travel across the Midlands on a three-week rota to care for indoor plants, ensuring they stay healthy, attractive and well presented.

This is a client-facing role requiring reliability, organisation and excellent communication with clients at all levels.

Qualifications

• Qualified in horticulture such as RHS Level 1–3 or equivalent.
• At least two years of practical horticultural experience.
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Visit commercial client sites across the Midlands as per the three-week rota and maintain indoor plants.
• Water, feed, prune and monitor plant health; address pests/disease as needed.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and present professionally on client sites.
