Job summary

Halmer Recruit is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to join a Midlands-based family business delivering planting and maintenance services to commercial clients. The role is mobile across the Midlands with a three-week rota, a company van provided, and independence to manage your day while delivering high-quality indoor plant care and client-facing service.

Qualifications

• Horticultural qualification such as RHS Level 1-3 or equivalent
• Ideally 2+ years practical horticultural experience
• Strong customer service and professional communication with clients

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial client sites across the Midlands on a three-week maintenance rota
• Water, feed, clean and prune indoor plants
• Monitor plant health and address pests or disease
• Maintain displays to a high standard and present plants well
• Build positive relationships with clients and respond to queries
