Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in the UK is seeking a Regional Resource Coordinator to support rail and operated hire projects based in Wigan. You will coordinate plant operators, manage bookings and ensure compliance to deliver excellent service.

The role includes a 42.5-hour week, with salary £35,000–£40,000 DOE, enhanced annual leave, pension, Employee Assistance Programme, retail discounts, paid volunteer days, eye care and flu vaccination vouchers, plus ongoing training and career

Qualifications

• Rail recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
• Operator recruitment experience or plant industry knowledge considered.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant operators for customer projects
• Schedule operators and manage bookings
• Ensure operators have the correct tickets, medicals and documentation
• Monitor rail compliance, Sentinel and competency records
• Liaise with customers, site teams and internal departments
• Maintain accurate system records
• Complete daily operator check-ins
• Support payroll and invoicing administration
