Job summary

Colt Technology Services seeks a Regional Physical Security Manager to provide governance and delivery of physical security across Colt’s offices and facilities in the UK, Europe and the US. You will protect people, assets and information by overseeing security operations, technology, risk management and supplier performance.

The role drives standardisation, system integration and process improvements while engaging IT, Legal, HR and Facilities teams to deliver secure operations on a regional

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in physical security management in multinational/telecom/critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and integrated security systems.
• Strong knowledge of physical security risk and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
• Delivery of security technology, infrastructure or transformation programmes.
• Experience managing third-party security providers and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations across UK, Europe and US.
• Oversee security arrangements for offices, technical sites and critical infrastructure.
• Manage security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and monitoring platforms.
• Lead security upgrades, migrations and regional standardisation.
• Provide operational oversight for Security Operations Centre activities and monitoring services.
• Ensure incident response procedures are documented and tested.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments and gap analyses.
• Maintain regional risk registers and remediation actions.
• Lead investigations into security incidents and produce executive reports.
• Develop and implement security policies, standards and operating models.
• Manage security vendors against KPIs and SLAs.
• Deliver regional security transformation projects and budgets.
