  • Provide operational oversight for Security Operations Centre activities and internal or outsourced monitoring services.
  • Ensure incident-response and escalation procedures are documented, effective and regularly tested.
  • Conduct physical security audits, site reviews, risk and vulnerability assessments and gap analyses.
  • Maintain regional risk registers and lead remediation arising from audits, inspections and assessments.
  • Lead investigations into theft, unauthorised access, security breaches and other physical security incidents.
  • Produce executive incident reports, recommendations and lessons-learned reviews.
  • Support the development and consistent implementation of security policies, standards, procedures and operating models.
  • Manage security integrators, guarding providers, monitoring centres and specialist suppliers against contractual requirements, KPIs and SLAs.
  • Deliver regional security transformation and infrastructure projects, including project plans, budgets, business cases, RAID logs and executive reporting.
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, financial governance and investment justification.
  • Work closely with IT, Engineering, Network Operations, Property, Facilities, Legal, HR and Procurement.
  • Build effective relationships with leaders, regional teams, customers and external partners.
  • Represent Physical Security during audits, customer engagements and leadership reviews.
