Job summary

Spinwell Global Limited is seeking a Physical Security Lead to cover the north region (Darlington, Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham) on a hybrid 6-month contract. The role requires SC clearance, with 3 days in the office and a focus on advising clients on physical security, carrying out risk assessments, and developing procedures.

You will lead threat and vulnerability assessments, manage risk registers, asset catalogs, and security improvements while aligning with policy and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting security assessments.
• Ability to build relationships with clients across multiple sites.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Competence in analysing management information to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Physical Security to clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate threat and risk to identify emerging security issues at site level.
• Develop Operational Requirements to inform security posturing.
• Educate staff and stakeholders on security culture, threats and risks.
• Lead formal Threat and Vulnerability Assessments and maintain the Risk Register.
• Manage asset registers and track security system work orders and mitigations.
• Produce local Site Security Procedures and the Site Security Management Plan.
• Align activities with organisational policies and supply chain projects.
• Monitor security processes, conduct post-incident reviews, and drive improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and National Authority Guidance.
