Job summary

North is seeking an experienced Physical Security Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of physical and electronic security systems across multiple projects in London & South. You will own technical delivery, installation coordination, commissioning, and handover to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes.

You will work with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, coordinating CCTV, VMS, access control and intrusion systems, and you will drive delivery quality, risk

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering physical or electronic security systems in live environments.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, VMS, access control and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience managing installation and commissioning teams.
• Excellent documentation and coordination skills; construction/critical infra experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and integration of CCTV, VMS, access control and intrusion systems.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and vendors across sites.
• Manage commissioning activities, testing and validation.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and delivery challenges.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, standards and regulations.
• Support programme delivery, resource planning and reporting.
• Drive quality and performance across delivery teams.
• Deliver physical security implementation aligned to scope, programme and quality standards.
