Job summary

JLL Workplace Management in the UK is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operational delivery of multiple PFI contracts within a defined geographic region. You will ensure service excellence, contract compliance, financial performance and client satisfaction across all facilities within the portfolio.

The role requires leadership of site facilities managers, strong H&S governance, and active involvement in lifecycle and capital planning while coordinating with SPV boards,

Qualifications

• Significant FM experience within PFI, PPP, or long-term complex contracts.
• Proven track record managing multiple sites and large operational budgets.
• Strong understanding of output-based specifications and payment mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple PFI sites, ensuring delivery of all hard and soft FM services.
• Ensure contractual obligations, output specs and KPIs are met and documented with regular reporting.
• Manage regional P&L, budgets, lifecycle replacement programs and timely capex planning.
• Lead site facilities managers, conduct reviews, and develop teams to deliver complex PFI requirements.
• Coordinate with procuring authorities, SPV boards, equity investors and funders as required.
• Maintain rigorous health, safety and compliance standards across all sites.
