Job summary

NHS England is recruiting Peripatetic Trainer/Programme Director (TPD) to provide regional educational support across GP training in the East Midlands. The posts are 2 sessions per week each, with deployment to multiple programmes as needed.

Successful applicants will support GP training, contribute to induction programmes, and engage in regional initiatives while offering development opportunities within a resilient, flexible role.

Responsibilities

• Programme support and management
• Teaching delivery
• Trainee support
• Collaboration and communication with Heads of School and regional colleagues
• Evaluation and development of the Peripatetic TPD model
• Participation in regional faculty development opportunities
