Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Immunology or life science.
• Experience with diagnostic testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in laboratories and clinics across your region to observe operations.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Lab and Clinic operations to address root causes and track improvements to completion.
• Ensure operations and improvements align with regulatory and quality guidelines.
