Job summary

Constellation-Careers is seeking a Regional People Consultant to support multiple venues across Greater London, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex. You will lead staffing, workforce planning and live event delivery for major events, ensuring the right people are in the right places.

You’ll build client relationships, coordinate rotations, and collaborate with Resourcing to attract and onboard talent. A fast-paced, hands-on role with regional travel is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in staffing, people operations, hospitality, events or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating 200+ workers weekly across multiple shifts, departments or locations.
• Experience managing multi-site operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end staffing and workforce planning across multiple venues and events.
• Forecast staffing requirements and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Manage bookings, rotas and live staffing through Ubeya.
• Work closely with our Resourcing team to attract, assess and onboard great people.
• Match staff to roles based on skills, experience and suitability.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with venue clients, operational teams and our workforce.
• Support staff engagement, attendance, performance and wellbeing.
• Be hands-on at major events, managing last-minute changes and live deployments.
• Maintain accurate staffing, attendance and compliance records.
• Use data and reporting to identify opportunities to improve staffing, service and efficiency.
• Ensure staffing activity meets employment, right-to-work, food safety and health & safety requirements.
