Job summary

Live Recruitment in Hounslow is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of conferences, award shows and launches across the UK and internationally. You will manage client relationships, budgets up to £2m, and coordinate venues, suppliers and internal teams, with international travel roughly every few months.

The role offers hybrid working with two fixed office days and a chance to shape a growing live events business with profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live events including conferences, awards shows and launches.
• Experience managing budgets up to £2m across projects.
• Ability to own client relationships and deliver across complex event calendars.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management across conferences, award shows and product launches.
• Managing client relationships directly from brief through post-event.
• Budget management across projects ranging from £50k to £2m.
• Coordinating suppliers, venues and internal creative resource.
• Supporting business development and contributing to pitches.
• International travel for event delivery, roughly every couple of months.
