Job summary

National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) in Grantham is seeking a Team Leader to manage a Craft (operational) team based at the Grantham depot. You will report to the Field Operations Manager and drive efficient delivery, ensuring compliance with H&S policies and safe working practices.

The role requires excellent communication, strong people management, and the ability to plan ahead. A driving licence is required for site visits, and knowledge of NGED processes will help you lead
