The Citizen Voice Body for Health and Social Care Wales (operating name Llais) is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead regional activities within a national framework. The role is based in Neath Port Talbot and Swansea with hybrid working and a Band 6 salary of £40,559–£48,841.

You will oversee regional administration staff, interpret national policies for staff and the public, monitor regional finances, and ensure adherence to Llais policies to improve health and social care services.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver Llais activities locally and regionally within a national framework.
• Provide operational management for regional administration staff and activities.
• Interpret complex national policies and communicate changes to staff, volunteers, members of the public and other organisations.
• Monitor regional financial allocations and ensure adherence to financial duties and policies.
• Supervise the Administration team and ensure effective service delivery.
