Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance services for commercial properties, based from the Derbyshire area. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, support teams and clients to deliver reliable daily operations and high-quality service.

You will manage day-to-day requirements, ensure PPMs are completed on time, and monitor performance to uphold service quality. Strong admin, financial awareness, and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations across maintenance services in commercial properties.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet KPIs and SLAs while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational requirements for regional sites.
• Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance is completed on time and to standard.
• Monitor performance using PPM systems to maintain service quality.
• Provide on-site support during staff absence or critical needs.
• Raise purchase orders for engineers and subcontractors and process invoices.
• Oversee WIP and monthly billing, and support client reporting.
