You will lead 5+ sites regionally, manage direct reports, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join the Restaurant Associates team, leading a diverse portfolio of premium catering operations across multiple UK locations. As Regional Operations Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the performance of multiple locations. You'll provide strategic leadership, coaching and support while ensuring operational standards, financial performance and client satisfaction remain consistently high.
