Chartwells Independent is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of premium catering operations across multiple UK locations. You will provide strategic leadership, coaching and support while ensuring standards, financial performance and client satisfaction.

You will oversee 5+ sites, develop teams, manage budgets and forecasts, and drive service excellence across contracts, building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join the Restaurant Associates team, leading a diverse portfolio of premium catering operations across multiple UK locations.

As Regional Operations Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the performance of multiple locations. You'll provide strategic leadership, coaching and support while ensuring operational standards, financial performance and client satisfaction remain consistently high.
