This role is crucial for ensuring facilities run efficiently, remain compliant, and deliver value to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Solid background in facilities or property management across multiple sites with a focus on customer service
• Understanding of health & safety legislation and statutory compliance obligations
• Ability to lead remote teams and manage external contractors effectively
• Skills in organisation, administration, and financial control, especially regarding maintenance budgets

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, compliant, and cost-efficient environment at the site
• Supervise on-site maintenance staff and manage outsourced service providers
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including gas safety, fire protection, asbestos control, and electrical systems
• Collaborate with centre managers to improve occupancy rates, oversee maintenance plans, and enhance operational performance
