We're looking for Three Regional Operations Managersto join ourPFI Contracts team covering three key areas - South and South West, London North and East Anglia.

Location: 1 x South and South West, 1 x London North and 1 x East Anglia – Hybrid working available, with travel to the office and sites weekly as required

Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As aRegional Operations Manager, you'll be working within thePFI Contractsteam, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across multiple sites.

Your day to day will include:

• Leading the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across the PFI portfolio to meet KPIs and SLAs
• Ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety, and contractual obligations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with public sector partners
• Driving performance improvement and implementing best practices
• Managing budgets, financial performance, and risk mitigation plans

• You have a proven track record in delivering complex maintenance and repair services within major contracts
• You're a strong, emotionally intelligent leader with experience managing diverse teams and complex employee relations
• You have in-depth knowledge of PFI/PPP contracts, particularly in Health, Education, and Local Authority environments
