Job summary

SUEZ in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the delivery of the DRS contract across multiple sites in the Manchester region. You will build strong relationships with the Client and internal delivery partners to ensure compliant, high-quality service and on-time performance.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, drive continuous improvement, champion health & safety, and embed sustainability as a differentiator while coordinating with SUEZ I&C and Processing Teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a complex multi-site contract.
• Ability to deliver performance with growth and efficiency gains.
• Experience delivering high standards of health & safety and environment.
• Client-focused mindset with vision, sustainability and innovation.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to improving processes and quality.
• Experience in waste or logistics sectors desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the Client regarding operational delivery and management within the region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage relationships with third party delivery partners and ensure performance supports contract targets.
• Ensure compliance with operational, contractual and performance targets.
• Ensure the business portrays a professional image to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery of the service through internal SUEZ teams to meet client requirements.
