Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Chorley is seeking a Team Leader (Express) to drive daily operations across our Express location. You will lead a team of colleagues, oversee replenishment, checkouts, grocery and fresh food sections, and ensure shelves are stocked and customers receive great service.

With a 36-hour week and a £14.10 hourly rate, you’ll coach and motivate your team, analyse data to improve performance, and help deliver targets in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
